Table 5 from Fullan and Langworthy's A Rich Seam offers a synopsis of Chapter 6 : New Change Leadership and the key points in creating a culture and building leadership capacity to triumph 21st century deep learning. The key elements for my work lies within the capacity building quadrant. Provide and receive coaching, mentoring and professional learning as well as to be a partner in the learning, model the use of digital tools and devices not necessarily as experts.These two points speak to the new mindset of leading while learning. There is a need to explore how technology can support leaders in this balancing act.
